Is everything on the site in stock?

Yes. If a piece shows an add-to-bag button, it is on the shelf in East Sussex and leaves within one working day. Anything sold out is listed under Coming back soon with a notify-me sign-up.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free on every order. Express delivery is £6. See Delivery.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its dust bag. See Returns.

Is the leather real?

Every LeatherCo London piece is full-grain leather, the top layer of the hide with the natural grain intact. It marks and softens with use, which is the point. See our Care guide.

Where are the bags made?

Our own range is designed and specified in Britain and made in small batches by our production partners. Visconti pieces are made by Visconti, a British leather house we stock as a guest brand.

What is Visconti and why is it here?

Visconti has been in the British leather trade for fifty years. We stock a small selection of their work bags and wallets to cover pieces our own range does not yet make. They are sold on this site only.

Will the black maxi tote be back?

Yes, fifty are due mid-October. Leave your email on the homepage or the product page and we will write to you the morning they land.

Do you do personalisation?

Not yet on this site. If you are buying a gift and want something embossed, ask us first.
