14-day returns

If a piece is not right, you have 14 days from the day it arrives to let us know. Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions the same working day.

Condition

Items should come back unused, with any tags attached and in their dust bag. Full-grain leather marks easily, so please try bags indoors and keep them away from anything that could scratch or stain them until you have decided.

Refunds

Once the return reaches us we check it and refund the original payment method within five working days. You will get an email when the refund is sent.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away with a photo and we will sort it out, including the cost of getting it back to us.

Exchanges

We are a small team and stock is limited, so the quickest route is a return and a new order. If you want us to hold a piece for you while yours comes back, just ask.
